I found the reception staff very supportive. They helped us with car parking and answered our questions with patience. the room had a nice cleanliness and a glimpse of the cathedral from our window. the breakfast was simple but fresh, everything i needed to start my day.

The location is convenient, just a short walk from the main train station! My room was very clean, and I found the bed quite comfortable. Breakfast was delicious, with a wide selection of options. The staff was always available and eager to assist with any questions I had!

The air conditioning did not function properly, leading to discomfort. The front desk staff was rude and unapologetic about the faulty equipment. They also tried to shame me into paying city tax, which I found inappropriate given the circumstances.
