a charming stay near the arno
helpful staff clean room fresh breakfast
I found the reception staff very supportive. They helped us with car parking and answered our questions with patience. the room had a nice cleanliness and a glimpse of the cathedral from our window. the breakfast was simple but fresh, everything i needed to start my day.
the elevator stopped working one day, a small inconvenience, though manageable.

clean room helpful staff
The hotel was quite clean (i really noticed this). the location made it easy to get around the city. breakfast was good. I especially liked the variety of food offered. the staff was polite and helpful with directions.

Lovely Stay with a Great Breakfast!

The location is convenient, just a short walk from the main train station! My room was very clean, and I found the bed quite comfortable. Breakfast was delicious, with a wide selection of options. The staff was always available and eager to assist with any questions I had!
The air-conditioning was not working , so I was quite warm.

Mixed Experience at City Center Hotel
faulty air conditioning rude staff
The breakfast had a selection of meats cheese, bread, fruit, cereal, and yogurt.
The air conditioning did not function properly, leading to discomfort. The front desk staff was rude and unapologetic about the faulty equipment. They also tried to shame me into paying city tax, which I found inappropriate given the circumstances.

unpleasant smell damp bathroom
the location was good, within walking distance of sites.
the room was cramped. there was also an unpleasant smell from the sewage system, and bugs in the bathroom! the bathroom was damp.
